Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution (Approx. 50%)

• Develop, implement, and evaluate the organization’s marketing strategy to enhance market presence and brand awareness.
• Set sales growth targets and monitor progress against them.
• Analyse industry trends, customer behaviour, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
• Ensure marketing initiatives are effectively executed across all platforms and channels.
• Oversee regular market research and ensure findings are used to inform strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.

2. Planning & Budgeting (Approx. 30%)
