About the Role
Redsun Solutions is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in sourcing, screening, formatting resumes, coordinating interviews, and placing candidates for both permanent and contract positions across technology domains. This role requires a strong understanding of US hiring practices, W2 / C2C requirements, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment with a proven placement track record.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other channels.
- Screen candidates for technical expertise, communication skills, project experience, and availability.
- Format resumes, submit profiles to clients, arrange interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
- Negotiate compensation, assess work authorization / visa status, and finalize offers.
- Coordinate interview scheduling (telephonic & VC via MS Teams) with clients and candidates.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, follow-ups, and timely joining of selected candidates.
- Build and maintain candidate databases and strong relationships with clients / vendors.
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and update candidate status.
Qualifications & Skills
5–7 years of US IT recruitment experience (staffing / consulting industry).Proven expertise working on W2 and C2C hiring.Prior experience hiring for Technology & Networking roles.Strong knowledge of permanent & contract staffing models.Familiarity with cloud, data engineering, and emerging technology stacks.Excellent communication skills to engage with US citizens, GC holders, H1B, and clients.Track record of consistent placements and meeting recruitment targets.What We Offer
