Executive – Operations

Location : Coimbatore, India

Experience : 2–4 years

Role Overview :

Support the operational and communication backbone of K-GEO — managing travel, visa processes, logistics, documentation, and digital presence to ensure smooth execution of all global programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate travel, visa, and logistics for delegations and students.
• Manage day-to-day office operations, documentation, and reporting.
• Liaise with Finance for payments and budget tracking.
• Maintain K-GEO’s website, newsletters, and digital communication.
• Support international events and follow-ups.

Ideal Profile :

Operational coordination, travel and visa logistics, financial documentation, digital communication and reporting, organizational efficiency, clarity in communication, proficiency in digital tools, multitasking, and a service-oriented, globally responsive approach. Candidates with overseas education exposure or prior experience in international office operations will be preferred.
