Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Paediatrician to join our outpatient team in a full-time capacity. The selected candidate will lead child health and preventive care services, manage both acute and chronic paediatric conditions, and play a key role in ensuring high standards of care, parental satisfaction, and adherence to clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care :

• Provide expert outpatient consultations for infants, children, and adolescents
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic paediatric conditions including infections, asthma, allergies, nutritional deficiencies, and developmental concerns
• Guide routine well-child visits, immunization schedules, growth monitoring, and parental counselling
• Coordinate referrals to paediatric subspecialists when required and ensure continuity of care through regular follow-ups
• Maintain accurate and updated paediatric clinical records
• Lead the development and refinement of paediatric-specific clinical SOPs, immunization protocols, and monitoring checklists
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audits (e.g., NABH, paediatric quality standards )
• Participate in case discussions, paediatric care reviews, and cross-departmental clinical planning
• Represent the paediatric department in community outreach programs, school health camps, and CME events
