Responsibilities :
Weekly Business Reviews and Organisational Visibility
- Conduct weekly business reviews with all departments to track performance, risks, dependencies, and upcoming priorities.
- Consolidate reports across teams to create a single, high-level organisational view for leadership.
- Analyse data in advance, identify patterns, highlight risks, and present key insights directly to the founder.
Strategic Initiatives and Special Projects
Lead and execute two core initiatives : the Supplements vertical and Medicine Manufacturing.Oversee market research, vendor assessments, financial modelling, and operational execution to move these initiatives from concept to launch.Work across product, clinical, sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment and progress.Problem Solving and Cross-functional Execution
Step in to resolve bottlenecks related to process gaps, data inconsistencies, or operational inefficiencies.Ensure smooth execution across departments by driving clarity, accountability, and timely problem resolution.Analytics and Decision Support
Build and maintain dashboards, KPI trackers, and business reporting systems.Translate raw data into actionable insights that support decision-making at the leadership level.Assist in investor communication, board reviews, and strategic planning through structured analysis and reporting.Qualifications and Skills Required
Education : B.Tech or MBA from a Tier-1 institution (IIT / NIT / BITS / IIM / ISB or equivalent).Experience : 1–3 years in consulting, venture-backed startups, or a Founder’s Office role.Project Execution : Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.Analytical Capability : Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, with experience in SQL or Python preferred.Strategic Thinking : Ability to switch between high-level frameworks and detailed execution.Ownership and Adaptability : Demonstrated ability to operate with speed, ownership, and comfort in ambiguity.Communication : Clear, structured communication with the ability to influence without authority.Why This Role Matters
