Responsibilities :

Weekly Business Reviews and Organisational Visibility

• Conduct weekly business reviews with all departments to track performance, risks, dependencies, and upcoming priorities.
• Consolidate reports across teams to create a single, high-level organisational view for leadership.
• Analyse data in advance, identify patterns, highlight risks, and present key insights directly to the founder.
