Job descriptionPlan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube). Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) including targeting and retargeting. Continuously monitor campaigns to improve ROI and reduce cost per lead. Track KPIs such as traffic, ranking, leads, conversions, and CPC. Prepare weekly / monthly reports with insights and recommendations. Present performance updates during internal and client meetings. Attend client meetings and clearly explain campaign performance. Coordinate with the content, design, and development teams when required. Maintain documentation of activities and progress. 1–2 years of experience in SEO and ads management (industry standard). Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs). Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager . Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Immediate joiners preferred.

Main Job Responsibilities (Normal Company Standards) 1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking on Google.
- Perform keyword research , competitor analysis , and SEO audits .
- Carry out on-page optimization (meta tags, content structure, internal linking).
- Execute off-page SEO such as backlink building and directory submissions.
- Monitor SEO performance and optimize for continuous improvement.
