About the Role

We are seeking a smart and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Human Resources to join our Mumbai office. This role involves working closely with the Senior Manager - Human Resources to support daily HR operations, manage HR-related data, and contribute to reporting and analytics.

The role primarily involves MIS and data management.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.

Generate and analyse HR reports using Excel and other tools.

Maintain monthly data on incoming interns.

Assist in HR audits, compliance tracking, and documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related initiatives and communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.

0-4 years of experience in HR operations or data management.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
