AI Solutions Engineer

Software Co is seeking highly skilled and versatile AI Solutions Engineers to join our dynamic and multi-disciplinary team. This role demands individuals with deep technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, capable of designing, developing, and deploying intelligent systems across diverse industries, including healthcare, construction, e-commerce, CRM / ERP systems, and cutting-edge hardware and wearable technology.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning models tailored to specific industry use cases, such as medical transcription, smart scheduling, occupancy prediction, dynamic pricing, and real-time conversational interfaces.
• Build and optimise natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI modules to power chatbots, AI scribes, and conversational agents.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including software developers, data engineers, UI / UX designers, and project managers — to integrate AI modules seamlessly into web, mobile, and wearable applications.
• Research and evaluate the latest AI frameworks and tools to ensure Software Co remains at the forefront of AI innovation.
• Participate in solution architecture design and contribute to technical roadmaps, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability of AI-driven features.
• Document AI workflows, data pipelines, model training processes, and provide technical guidance to junior team members as required.
