Leadership : Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams with P&L accountability.
Background : Candidates from premier B-schools and established organizations with strong B2B selling experience welcome; EdTech experience is valuable but not mandatory.
Sales Approach : Proven expertise in consultative solution selling to institutions or enterprise clients.
Skills : Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and strategic negotiation.
