Job description8+ years of experience in AI / ML development with a strong track record of deploying production AI systems. Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning architectures, and large-scale data processing. Advanced coding skills in Python, with proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with C++ or Java. Strong background in distributed systems, cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience designing AI / ML pipelines, MLOps frameworks, and model lifecycle management. Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Role Description
Honest AI is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to lead the design, architecture, and deployment of cutting-edge AI systems for enterprise-grade automation solutions.
This senior technical leader will :
- Architect and implement scalable AI / ML solutions, including deep learning and reinforcement learning systems.
- Drive development of advanced models (transformers, GANs, graph neural networks) using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Lead code quality, performance optimization, and technical design reviews.
- Write robust, production-level code in Python, with performance-critical components in C++ or Java.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless AI integration and scalability.
