Office timing : 9 : 30 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m. (along with 1 bour break)

Working Days : 5 days

Location : Sultanpur, New Delhi 110030. (5 to 8 mins walkind distant from Sultanpur metro station)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Customer Relationship Management Executive. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries and concerns, and implementing strategies for customer retention. Additional responsibilities include collecting feedback, analyzing customer behavior, and coordinating with multiple teams to enhance the customer experience. The CRM Executive will also play a crucial role in identifying opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills to ensure superior customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in customer retention strategies and experience in enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer behavior and provide detailed insights.
  • Experience in sales and the ability to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities effectively.
  • Proactive and results-driven with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
