Duties and responsibilities : -
- Achieve the corporate sales and broking budget allocated to the Region.
- Achieve line wise target allocated to the Region.
- Activate brokers in the Region and building up relationships in the domain.
- Target major direct accounts to deliver the budgeted numbers
- To conduct brokers and agents engagement programmes.
- Take new initiatives in developing new channels to develop business.
- Coordinate and manage relationship with other departments like Underwriting, Claims, and others.
- Hire, engage and manage regional sales teams towards achievement of the organizational goals
- Responsible for the growth and career development of each and every team member which will indirectly help in reducing iteration.
Specialized skills, qualifications, experience : -
Specialized skills required will involve relationship building.Should have spent 8-10 professional years in the location.Exposure towards corporate sales and knowledge of local market.Experience in handling broking relationship in previous assignment.Experience in large direct clients relationship in previous assignment.Qualifications And Experience :
Should be an MBA in Marketing with atleast 8-10 years of post qualification experience out of which minimum 8 years of GI experience of corporate sales and broking relationship..
