Job descriptionImprove operational processes and support in setting up scalable systems. Coordinate with different teams to streamline workflows and remove bottlenecks. Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance updates for leadership. Manage the Founderâs priorities, follow-ups, and action items. Draft documents, presentations, and communication as required. Represent the Founder in internal discussions when needed. Break down complex problems into actionable steps. Analyze data to support decisions across product, business, and operations. Present structured solutions with clear recommendations. Work closely with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders. Ensure seamless communication across the organization. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Graduate from an IIT Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication (written & verbal). Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment. High ownership, bias for action, and willingness to get hands dirty. 0â3 years of experience in consulting, operations, strategy, product, or similar roles (flexible). Proficiency in research, documentation, and basic data handling. Direct exposure to leadership and core strategic work. Opportunity to build systems, processes, and projects from scratch. A steep learning curve with end-to-end ownership. A high-impact role that shapes the direction of the company.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Founderâs Office Associate to work closely with the Founder and leadership team. This role is a blend of strategy, operations, problem-solving, and execution. You will wear multiple hats, own high-impact projects, and ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day priorities across the organization.
