We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors RCM / Career Portal & Onboarding Consultany with strong functional expertise and fluency in Arabic to support a key client engagement. The consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial solutions, supporting business processes, and ensuring successful implementation and support of SAP modules.
Location : Riyadh,Saudi Arabia (onsite)
Contract : 12 months, (extendable)

Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working exclusively with SAP SuccessFactors — specifically in RCM (Recruiting / Career Portal) and Onboarding (ONB 2.0).
Proven track record of at least one or more full-cycle implementations of RCM + Onboarding modules.
Strong understanding of HR / recruitment business processes (job posting, candidate lifecycle, hiring workflows, new-hire onboarding).
Hands-on configuration and implementation skills in SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM / RMK / CRM) and Onboarding modules.
Experience with integration of SuccessFactors modules (e.g. RCM ↔ Onboarding ↔ Employee Central) and data-migration or data-integration tasks.
Strong stakeholder communication skills — able to collaborate with clients, HR, IT teams, and deliver solution aligned to business needs.
Ability to manage multiple tasks : requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, support, documentation and training.
(Preferred) Certification in SuccessFactors Recruiting and / or Onboarding modules.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting / Career Portal (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
Configure recruitment workflows : job requisitions, candidate management, interview scheduling, job posting, and integration with the career portal.
Set up and configure Onboarding 2.0 processes : new-hire data capture, compliance forms, notifications, role-based permissions, and task workflows.
Manage integration between Recruiting (RCM), Onboarding (ONB), and other relevant HR / SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central), ensuring smooth data flow and consistency.
Collaborate with stakeholders (HR teams, IT, clients) to gather requirements, map business processes, design solutions, and deliver configuration accordingly.
Provide day-to-day support during post-go-live : handle changes, enhancements, bug-fixes, user issues, and continuous improvement tasks.
Prepare documentation : functional design specs, configuration guides, test plans, training materials, and user manuals.
Work as part of a project team : manage project tasks, deliverables, test cycles, and coordinate with other modules / teams as needed.
