MES Test Lead

Description :

We are seeking a skilled MES Test Lead to oversee our testing efforts for Manufacturing Execution Systems. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in MES testing, guiding a team to ensure high-quality :

Lead the MES testing team to ensure effective testing processes are followed.
Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for MES applications.
Execute testing phases including functional, integration, and performance testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and deliverables.
Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement.
Report and track defects in the defect management system.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in testing.

Skills and Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in MES testing or related field.

Strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and their components.

Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.

Experience with SQL for database testing.

Knowledge of automation testing tools and methodologies is a plus.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
