Job Responsibilities
Below are some of the key KRAs of this role which can be further developed as we go along.
- Formulating HNI client acquisition strategy (for important location) in coordination with local Regional or Zone Head
- Coordinate and guide regions on client engagement / acquisition activities on a calendarized basis.
- Lead generation from Database of each RM with the help of local MTs.
- MTs report to respective local leaders (dotted line reporting to this role) . Mumbai team will have direct reporting to this role.
- External vendor TELE ACCESS
- Dissemination of leads flow from Tele Access
- strategizing flow of leads to selective regions on requirement basis
- Regular meeting with the vendor on
- training the tele callers on Emkay wealth proposition
- Review Lead quality, conversion ratio etc. on a periodic basis.
- Organic opportunity
- Strategize activation of Inactive registered client database.
- Coordinate with other verticals on scope of wealth client leads from their network
- Regular meaningful meetings with them so that synergy is a win one.
- Marketing liaison
- Strategize marketing campaigns through social media for generating lead such as :
- LinkedIn
- For example, Moneycontrol.com
- Data base left behind by resigned employees on CRM website.
- And the weekly campaigns on WhatsApp and email database that we have.
