Overview
This position will report to Facility Lead for entire HQ and will be responsible for :
- Entire contract workforce management
- Admin / Facility management
- Budgeting for Admin
Responsibilities
Managing payroll of outsourced employees Pan India in coordination with vendors.Managing 500 employees off role data Pan India along with preparing their salaries and ensuring compliancesCoordinating with Internal stake Holders for replacement and hiring with offer lettersMaintaining Leave / Gratuity data Admin / Facility budget management & reportingManaging Billing / Amex card / Preparing PO Coordinating with Internal stake Holders for PO, Payments, Billing, MIS, Amex card etc.Managing internal facility, events, Projects , Repair & Maintenance etc.Qualifications
Min 5 to 6 years experience in admin / facilityBackground of managing Facility TeamInvolvement in creating or implementing organization policies and procedures.Skills Required
