About You

As a Product Analyst youll play a critical dual rolehands-on analytics expert and strategic thought partner to senior business leaders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership can drive high-impact initiatives independently and brings structured leadership to ambiguous problem spaces.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing Commercial and Data Science) in this critical role. Your main goal will be to understand member behavior to directly inform and shape the strategy and product roadmap for Tides new Commercial Services which aims to help our members sell and manage their customers. You will be responsible for discovering actionable insights that drive growth in this area.

Were looking for someone with the ability to influence at the leadership level lead multiple initiatives in parallel and are comfortable in rolling up their sleeves.
