Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Guwahati. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, maintaining consistent communication, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring client satisfaction while achieving sales targets. Collaboration with the sales team and supporting marketing strategies will also be part of the role.

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships
• Experience in Sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge about the frozen food industry or relevant sales experience in a similar domain is an advantage
