About the Role :
We're looking for an HRBP Lead to partner closely with our Technology and Product teams and help shape the people strategy for one of the fastest-scaling parts of our business. If you enjoy solving real problems, working with sharp minds, and building teams that move fast and deliver impact, this role will give you the ownership and visibility you're looking for.
You'll work directly with our CTO, CPO, engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams to bring structure, clarity, and people-first thinking to a fast-paced tech environment.
What You'll Do :
Be a strategic partner to Tech & Product :
- Work closely with leadership to understand business goals and translate them into organisation and people plans.
- Use data and people insights to help leaders make better decisions around team structure, performance, and growth.
Shape the talent strategy :
Plan talent needs with business teams, design career paths, and build strong competency frameworks.Identify capability gaps and partner with hiring teams to bring the right talent in at the right time.Drive performance, culture & team health :
Lead performance cycles, OKR planning, and continuous feedback practices.Coach managers and help them build stronger, healthier teams.Create rituals and programs that strengthen transparency, collaboration, and accountability.Build organisation effectiveness :
Support org design as we scale, help teams adapt to change, and ensure our operating rhythm stays strong as complexity increases.Drive engagement, retention, and manager effectiveness with practical, grounded interventions.Elevate the employee experience :
Be the go-to partner for solving people challenges with empathy and clarity.Keep a pulse on engagement, burnout, and productivity; intervene before problems escalate.Bring a mix of structure and flexibility-knowing when to create processes and when not to We're Looking For :MBA from a Tier-1 B-school with 5-9 years of HRBP experience, supporting engineering / product teams is MANDATORY.Someone who's worked in fast-moving tech environments and is comfortable balancing speed with thoughtfulness.Strong understanding of talent management, performance systems, org design, and leadership development.Ability to influence leaders, challenge constructively, and think a few steps ahead.A problem-solver with emotional intelligence, curiosity, and a bias for action.Why Join Us :
