About the Role
We are looking for a highly technical, hands-on GTM Engineer to help power our growth engine. This role will work across our revenue stack—Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, , website tools, de-anonymizers (RB2B, Clearbit, etc.), automations, and custom workflows. You will design, build, and maintain automation flows, data pipelines, research workflows, and GTM experiments that directly support sales, marketing, and partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain advanced automations in Clay , including scraping, enrichment, lead research, and multi-step workflows.
- Manage outbound systems using Apollo , including sequencing, list building, and enrichment logic.
- Own HubSpot workflows, custom properties, lifecycle stages, scoring, routing, and process automation.
- Implement and manage website visitor identification (RB2B, Clearbit, Factors, etc.) and convert signals into GTM actions.
- Connect GTM tools into seamless workflows (web → → Clay → Apollo → HubSpot).
- Build dashboards and reporting for GTM performance.
- Research accounts, territories, and ideal customer profiles (ICPs) to support outbound strategy.
- Troubleshoot data issues and ensure clean, enriched, usable records across the stack.
- Support sales and marketing teams with tooling, experiments, and workflow automation.
Requirements
3–6 years of hands-on experience in GTM operations, automation, or growth engineering.Strong expertise with Clay (or similar Web Automation / AI-powered GTM tools).Deep experience with Apollo , HubSpot , and workflows.Experience with website de-anonymizers like RB2B, Clearbit, Albacross, Factors, or LeadFeeder.Able to build scalable automations, connectors, and workflows without engineering support.Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with scraping, enrichment, and complex logic flows.Ability to run ICP research and understand B2B SaaS GTM motions.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.Based in India; fully remote.Nice-to-Haves
Experience with webhook setups, APIs, or Zapier / Make.Familiarity with data warehousing tools or basic SQL.Experience supporting SDR or AE teams at a SaaS startup.
