Job descriptionProven experience as an HR Analyst or in a data-driven HR role. Strong proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights on employee performance, turnover, and engagement.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key HR indicators.
- Assist in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
- Identify trends and recommend actionable solutions to improve HR strategies.
- Support HR programs by providing data-driven recommendations and insights.
