Job descriptionManage pricing updates and discount promotions Monitor website analytics and generate sales reports Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with developers for site maintenance and technical fixes Liaise with FirstCry, Myntra, and other marketplace partners Follow up on abandoned carts to recover lost sales Develop and implement customer retention and loyalty programs Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce Proven experience managing social media platforms for business Strong copywriting and content creation skills Experience with SEO and SEM strategies Experience with marketplace platforms like FirstCry, Myntra, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret website analytics Customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple websites simultaneously Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.) Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe) are a plus Opportunity to manage complete digital marketing operations for a growing children's clothing brand Hands-on experience across wholesale and retail e-commerce Collaborative work environment Creative freedom to experiment with campaigns and content Competitive salary Paid time off (2 weeks / year) Portfolio of social media accounts you've managed Sample blog posts or content you've created Brief description of successful campaigns you've executed

We're looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence and drive growth across all our digital channels.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for managing our complete digital marketing ecosystem and customer engagement across multiple platforms. This role requires a blend of creative marketing skills, technical e-commerce knowledge, and strong customer service abilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing & Content Creation :
- Manage the social media calendar and create engaging posts across sub-brands
- Write a monthly SEO-optimized blogs for Strawberry Stripes
- Coordinate with our digital marketing agency on paid advertising campaigns
- Implement SEO optimization strategies to improve organic reach
- Execute email marketing campaigns to drive sales and engagement
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends
- Create content for social media pages by taking photos, making reels and writing copy

This is a contract position based in Chennai. Candidates must be comfortable working from office daily. We work Monday to Saturday.
