Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Specialist, VSO Monitoring - International, located in Mumbai. In this position, the Operational Specialist will oversee day-to-day monitoring operations, ensure the accuracy and efficiency of surveillance activities, and manage surveillance data. Responsibilities also include coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with operational standards, handling incident reports, and working closely with internal teams to maintain operational excellence.

• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively
• Sales and Operations Management experience to optimize workflows and ensure high performance
• Proficiency in Project Management to handle timelines, resources, and deliverables efficiently
• Technical aptitude and familiarity with surveillance systems is an added advantage
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and work on-site in Mumbai
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field is preferred
