As a Sr. Data Migration Consultant, provide frontline support for SAP Data Migration Projects, addressing the client requirements, involve in feasibility study, preparing data migration strategies and resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to Brownfield, Bluefield and other Implementations. Collaborate with cross functional teams to troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical problems related to SAP DS, data migration and integration. We are seeking an experienced SAP BODS Data Migration Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) and SAP Data Migration Cockpit. The ideal candidate will lead data migration activities for SAP implementations, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely migration from legacy systems to SAP environments. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes using SAP BODS for large-scale data migration projects.

• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple legacy systems to SAP ECC or S / 4HANA.
• Configure and manage SAP Data Migration Cockpit for end-to-end migration activities.
• Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and map data accordingly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high performance.
• Prepare technical documentation, migration strategy, and cutover plans.
• Support mock runs, reconciliation, and audit of migrated data. Required Skills & Qualifications - 8–12 years of experience in SAP Data Migration projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services).
• Expertise in SAP Data Migration Cockpit and related tools.
• Solid understanding of SAP ECC and S / 4HANA data structures.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and performance tuning.
• Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of LSMW, IDocs, and BAPIs.
• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
