Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role located in Gurugram. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing effective social media strategies, managing all online platforms- mainly instagram and creating engaging content to enhance brand awareness. The role also involves monitoring social media performance, optimizing content to drive audience engagement, and coordinating with team members to ensure cohesive messaging. The Manager will keep up-to-date with social media trends and adjust strategies to maintain the brand’s online presence and growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to create and manage successful campaigns.
• Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft engaging and impactful messages tailored to the target audience.
• Expertise in Content Strategy to design innovative and creative ways to grow brand presence consistently.
• Proven ability to analyze social media trends, track performance, and implement effective optimization techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple platforms and tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the fashion and lifestyle industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
