Job descriptionRepresent the organization in legal matters, particularly in cases related to land acquisition, contracts, arbitration, and service-related disputes Provide expert legal advice to internal departments on compliance, legal rights, obligations, and risk exposure Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts to ensure legal soundness and alignment with statutory requirements Handle litigation and liaise with external counsel for effective case management and court representation Maintain updated knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal procedures applicable to infrastructure and logistics operations Prepare legal opinions and case summaries and support legal strategy formulation Attend court proceedings, client meetings, and government hearings as required Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping for all legal matters
