Job Title : Senior Recruitment Executive – Overseas / Blue-Collar Hiring

Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for Construction, Oil & Gas, Hospitality, Automotive, Manufacturing, MEP, and Industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain a strong sourcing network of agents, sub-agents, and local recruiters across India and international locations.
• Identify suitable manpower based on trade-wise availability (e.g., welder hubs, mason clusters, fabricator belts, industrial workforce zones).
• Review CVs, screen candidates, conduct telephonic interviews, and ensure proper verification of experience and GCC background.
• Coordinate smoothly with clients for JD clarification, CV shortlisting, interview scheduling, trade tests, and selection updates .
• Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring patterns across Gulf and European countries.
• Handle end-to-end coordination for visa processing, medicals, document collection, ticketing, emigration, and travel assistance .
• Maintain detailed reports on CV status, interview results, selections, rejections, and mobilization .
• Conduct field visits and travel with clients for interview campaigns, walk-in drives, and trade testing programs across India.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates, agents, and clients to achieve smooth and fast mobilization .
• Build long-term professional relationships with candidates, clients, and partners to support continuous manpower supply.
