Marsh India Insurance Brokers Private Ltd, India is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai office :

Vice President – Operations

What can you expect?

Lead the conceptualization to implementation of modernization projects for medical insurance business with focus on key initiatives such as centralization of operations processes

Work closely with operations managers to gain buy-in for proposed changes by articulating benefits, adopting change management principles

Create transition plans and maintain complete transition documentation to capture and deliver process performance and success criteria.

Provide complete transparency and visibility to the senior leadership on the project progress with risks / issues / challenges being highlighted timely.

Follow the organization’s transition, project management methodology to successfully transition projects with agreed scope, timelines and quality.

Work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization to drive transitions, projects & change across the organization.

Ensure high stakeholder management with BAU operations, technology and business teams throughout the various transition stages

What you need to have :

Graduation / Post-Graduation

PMP / PRINCE2 certification (preferred)

10 to 14 years of experience in leading BAU operations with exposure to projects

OR

10 to 14 years of experience in leading Project management within Insurance / Financial Services sector

Strong project management skills and proven track record of delivering to deadlines.

Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and coaching skills

Proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint
