Must Have depth knowledge of Domestic / international holiday packages

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Good and sound knowledge of costing and tour itinerary preparation

2. Negotiations with Flight, Hotel, Transport bookings

3. Depth Knowledge of Domestic & International destinations

4. Coordinating all aspects of Group Travel including booking hotels, flights, Transport, excursions, entertainment and activities

5. Reviewing all travel documents to ensure that all details are correct before finalizing arrangements

6. Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints.

7. Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors

8. Contributes to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

9. Willing to travel domestic & International with group as Tour Coordinator

10. Good Communication Skills.

11. Must Have Geographical Knowledge also.
