Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern to join our team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and sales strategy in the recruitment sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and research potential clients in targeted markets.
- Assist in generating new business leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Support the creation of business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client data and lead statuses.
- Schedule and attend virtual or in-person meetings with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and translate them into client acquisition strategies.
- Assist in follow-ups and nurturing leads until conversion.
Requirements :
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong research and analytical abilities.Eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic, target-driven environment.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.What You’ll Gain :
