Job descriptionConsultative Sales Approach : Understand the academic and career goals of prospective Academic Counseling : Provide accurate information about course content, certification Follow-ups : Systematically follow up with leads to drive course enrollments and assist CRM Management : Maintain detailed and accurate records of all student interactions, Relationship Management : Act as a trusted point of contact for existing students, Issue Resolution : Handle concerns related to classes, schedules, materials, and any Retention & Upselling : Identify students who can benefit from additional SSEI courses and Feedback Collection : Regularly gather feedback from students about their experience to Quality Adherence : Follow communication protocols, call scripts, and maintain a high Reporting : Provide daily updates to the Business Manager regarding new acquisitions, Continuous Improvement : Participate actively in training sessions, skill development Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken) is a must. Basic knowledge of tele-calling tools (e.G., Exotel), CRM systems, and Google Sheets. Strong listening, communication, and persuasion skills. A student-first attitude : “If you’re satisfied, tell others. If not, tell us.” Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Student Acquisition (New Enrollments) :
- Inbound and Outbound Calling : Reach out to prospective leads and handle incoming
queries from students.
