Job Title : ServiceNow HRSD Configuration Specialist

Core Responsibilities

Support and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD application, including configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable configurations.

Facilitate testing for enhancements and changes in ServiceNow.

Identify opportunities to leverage out-of-the-box features for process improvements.

Technical Expectations

• Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow backend;

HRSD-specific experience is critical.

intermediate coding proficiency acceptable.

Familiarity with assignment groups, user access management, and general ServiceNow modules.

Ability to troubleshoot and support system issues effectively.
