FP&A Specialist

Drive financial planning, analysis (FP&A), and business strategy support.

Own and manage the P&L analysis (revenue, cost, profitability) and present insights for leadership.

Lead and monitor the budgeting process for all P&L items including revenue and costs.

Handle revenue accounting accruals and ensure compliance with accounting principles.

Oversee intercompany and related party transactions with proper controls.

Provide financial guidance to teams across geographies and support business heads with data-driven decision-making.

Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other statutory requirements.

Work on automation initiatives and leverage Gen AI tools for efficiency in day-to-day operations.

Develop and deliver impactful MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.

Collaborate with stakeholders and confidently engage with senior leadership on financial insights.

Qualification : B.Com / M.Com / MBA / MFA / CA Inter / CA Qualified / CA Final

Years of Experience : 3-5

Location : Gurgaon
