POSITION OVERVIEW :

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer (4–5 years) with strong expertise in Machine Learning and Generative AI . The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI / ML models, with a focus on LLMs, transformers, and generative models . This role requires hands-on experience in building production-grade AI applications, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers to gather requirements and design scalable software solutions using Python.
• Develop and maintain Python applications, libraries, and scripts, ensuring code efficiency, modularity, and reusability.
• Implement and integrate APIs and third-party libraries to enhance the functionality and capabilities of Python applications.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality and identify and resolve issues and bugs.
• Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, including algorithm optimization, memory management, and database interactions.
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
• Collaborate with database administrators to design and optimize database schemas and queries for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Python development and propose their adoption in projects.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve development processes.
• Document code, processes, and software functionality to ensure clear understanding and maintainability.
