Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven, and result-oriented E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our presence on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and other quick commerce and B2B e-commerce platforms.

This role will involve managing online listings, promotions, pricing strategy, inventory, logistics coordination, and digital marketing in collaboration with internal teams and external platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Account Management : Handle daily operations and relationship management with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.
• Product Listing & Optimization : Ensure accurate, SEO-friendly, and attractive listings for all products across platforms.
• Inventory & Order Management : Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability, timely dispatch, and reduced returns.
• Sales Strategy & Promotion : Plan and execute pricing strategies, deals, campaigns, and promotions to increase online sales and visibility.
• Performance Tracking : Monitor sales performance, ROIs, conversion rates, customer feedback, and platform KPIs. Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
• Digital Marketing Coordination : Collaborate with the digital marketing team to run ads, campaigns, and sponsored listings on Amazon & Flipkart.
• Market & Competitor Analysis : Stay updated with competitor activities, pricing, and product launches to drive growth and stay ahead.
• Compliance & Policies : Ensure product listings comply with platform policies and KPPL’s brand guidelines.
