Shift : US Shift (6 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM IST or 7 : 30 PM – 4 : 30 AM IST, Monday–Friday)

Experience Required : 4-5 years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with strong hands-on expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR),

Accounts Payable (AP), Invoicing, and Credit Posting to join our finance team in Hyderabad. With Excellent communication skills,

The role requires working in the US time zone to support our global clients and internal stakeholders in real time.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
• Preparation, verification, and timely issuance of customer invoices
• Posting of customer receipts, credit notes, debit notes, and adjustments
• Vendor invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliation
• Bank reconciliations and cash application
• Follow-up on overdue invoices and coordination with customers for collections
• Maintaining accurate aging reports (AR & AP)
• Handling customer / vendors queries via email and calls during US hours
• Month-end closing support and balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
