Lead - Facility Management

Job description

Ensure uniformity and smooth operations of facility management at all projects / township

Lead the facility management team in the delivery of facility management services for assigned project / projects.

Oversee smooth handing over of project to facility management from project team.

Define the technical, commercial terms and conditions; define the operational scope and develop tender documents for Annual Maintenance Contracts.

Develop SLAs and coordinate with procurement team in closing contracts between organization and its vendors.

Lead overall administration and ensuring adherence to all laid down policies, rules and regulations by Vendor staff deployed at all projects.

Issue necessary instructions and receive daily / weekly reports from facility managers on operations at project.

Coordinate for timely payment of vendors.

Evaluate deployment of team by vendors on site is optimum to avoid cost overruns.

Educational Qualification and Experience :

15 years of experience in facility management in reputed RE organization, hospitality etc.
