Project Director - Data Center

Location : Mumbai

Exp Required : 20-25 years

Responsibilities :

Experience of 25+ years in Project Management in Large Data Centre Projects / Similar EPC projects involving MEP

Techno-commercial person, having experience of Project Management, Development and Execution of Hyperscale data centers / mission-critical facilities

Responsible for identification of Project requirements and establishing Project definition, scope and Execution Strategy.

Responsible for overall Project Management and e2e delivery of Project within defined Cost, Schedule, Quality and Safety parameters

Ensure compliance and adherance to all the established processes and systems by all stakeholders

Interface with all internal and external stakeholders including PMC, EPCM, Engineering, P&C and Construction to ensure all are aligned to the Project requirements

Implement Change Management Processes are ensuring all changes pertaining to Design / Project requirements are affected and stakeholders aligned

Implement Risk Management Processes to ensure that risks are timely identified and mitigated
