Job descriptionManage end-to-end onboarding and exit processes including documentation, induction, system access, and clearance formalities Verify educational, ID, address, and previous experience documents of new joiners Ensure accurate and timely documentation Coordinate with external consultants, assist in candidate screening Manage documentation and communication related to consultants Provide verified attendance, leave, and headcount data to the payroll team for processing Coordinate logistics for laptop / asset shipments Maintain updated records of asset issuance and return Track and report recruitment team performance using dashboards and trackers Send birthday / anniversary greetings and assist in employee engagement initiatives
Hiring : HR Executive – Mangalore (Local Candidates Preferred)

- Maintain and update attendance and leave records for employees and consultants
- Handle attendance-related queries and ensure accuracy for payroll inputs

Employee Engagement
Required Experience :
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR support or generalist role
Location Preference :
Candidates currently residing in Mangalore or nearby areas will be given preference
