About the Role :

We are looking for a Lead Node Engineer to join our team for a US client project..

• Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages such as JavaScript / TypeScript, Python. Familiarity in PHP is a plus.
• Experience with modern web development frameworks and libraries, including Node.js and React.
• Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Design, develop, and deliver scalable, performant, and resilient systems that meet current and future business needs.
• Write high-quality, production-grade code to create pilots or proof-of-concept solutions for innovative ideas.
• Contribute to the maintenance of existing systems, ensuring stability, scalability, and reliability.
• Drive the development of new features that align with business and user needs.
• Lead complex technical initiatives, including the evaluation and integration of new technologies and frameworks.
• Conduct thorough code and design reviews, ensuring adherence to high standards of quality and maintainability.
• Ability to technically lead a small size team (3-5 developers)
