Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations, compliance, and planning activities at Trzy Innovationz. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of GST, TDS, ITR filings, and ROC compliance, along with proficiency in Tally and other accounting software. The role requires excellent analytical and forecasting abilities to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Oversee and ensure timely GST, TDS, and ITR filings .
• Handle ROC compliance and liaise with auditors and consultants.
• Maintain accurate records in Tally and other relevant financial tools / software.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports .
• Conduct budgeting and forecasting to support management in financial planning.
• Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, and receivables.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Support management in cost analysis and financial strategy.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and legal teams.
