About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying leads, understanding customer needs, and closing sales to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct product / service presentations and demos to potential customers.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 0-1 YOE
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (preferred).
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
