We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Owner to join our Loans Enablement Platform team. This role is located in Pune, MH / Chennai, TN– HYBRID .

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways :

• Leads product development and strategy for multiple software products resulting in a seamless platform experience.
• Ideate with the Business, SMEs to come up with innovative solutions including adoption of AI.
• Collaborate with the Business, SMEs, and End Users to gather and develop story level requirements in JIRA that allows the Development Team to deliver consistent level of high-quality code.
• Deliver committed value associated with the initiatives identified.
• Improve predictability and adoption of new functionality / capability by client platforms.
• Required to lead two Technology POD and participate in all agile / sprint activities (planning, backlog refinement, retrospective, standups, and design)
• Create and Maintain Story level functional, non-functional requirements and Acceptance Criteria in JIRA (excluding technical tasks). Write and elaborate stories to align with Product definition of 'Ready for Development'.
• Review test cases with testers to ensure test results meet expected outcomes as defined in acceptance criteria.
• Prepare and circulate release notes, as a part of operational readiness
