Sales Estimator

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and techno-commercial proposals based on client inquiries and specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings , P&IDs, layouts, and technical documents to extract required data for estimation.
• Perform material take-offs , quantity estimation, and unit conversions (metric / imperial) for accurate costing.
• Coordinate with design, purchase, and production teams to gather input on pricing and feasibility.
• Analyze client requirements and prepare optimal and competitive offers.
• Support the sales team in client discussions, presentations, and proposal clarifications.
• Maintain a database of supplier costs, material rates, and standard labor hours.
• Prepare technical & commercial comparisons and assist management in final price approvals.
