About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing B2C Sales Professional with strong communication skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has experience in consultative or solution-based sales and is confident in handling client interactions end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2C sales through lead follow-ups, product presentations, demos, and conversions.
• Build strong understanding of customer needs and offer relevant learning / training solutions.
• Maintain a high sales pipeline and ensure consistent closure rates.
• Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
• Manage customer inquiries with a professional and customer-centric approach.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow internal process discipline.
