Senior Content Designer

Were looking for a creative and tech-savvy Senior Content Designer to join the Collaborative Apps and Platform (CAP) organization. In this role, youll lead end-to-end content design and strategy across product experiences, including messaging frameworks, naming, content patterns, terminology, audits, information architecture, UI strings, and in-product guidance. Youll contribute your language expertise to improving Large Language Model (LLM) outputs. Youll also contribute to design systems and help evolve our content standards to support a global, diverse user base. Throughout your product-making, youll partner closely with designers, PMs, researchers, and engineers to shape intuitive, inclusive, and scalable experiences.

Qualifications Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Humanities, Digital Communications, UX Design, Human Computer Interaction, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field AND 3 years experience working in product or service design, copywriting, technical writing, writing (e.g. for marketing, advertising, e-commerce), brand design, or brand marketing
• Master's Degree in Arts, Humanities, Digital Communications, UX Design, Human Computer Interaction, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field AND 2 years experience working in product or service design

OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements :

Microsoft Cloud Background Check : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.
