We’re seeking a passionate and experienced content designer to shape intuitive, inclusive, and empowering user experiences. As a key member of a cross-functional product team, you’ll turn complex HR processes and data into simple, actionable, and human-centred content. Your work will directly impact how global organizations engage, develop, and retain their people. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, researchers, engineers, and behavioural scientists, contributing not just words but strategic thinking and content-first design leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to drive clarity, usability, and delight across digital product experiences.
Accountabilities :
- Design and deliver clear, concise, and impactful content that enables users to confidently complete key workflows.
- Partner with product designers on co-creation, content critique, and coaching around UX writing best practices.
- Lead user research initiatives related to content—information architecture, clarity testing, tone evaluation—and apply insights to improve design outcomes.
- Support the development of scalable content patterns and contribute to the company’s content guidelines and design system.
- Advocate for user needs and influence cross-functional decisions by presenting clear, research-backed content recommendations.
- Manage multiple priorities across teams, presenting and refining work through collaborative feedback loops.
Requirements
Proven experience shipping high-quality content solutions in digital product teams, ideally within the software industry.Strong UX writing and content design portfolio showcasing problem-solving through elegant, user-centric language.Demonstrated attention to detail paired with systems thinking and the ability to identify and address content inconsistencies.Experience conducting and applying qualitative and quantitative research to content design challenges.Confident communicator who influences stakeholders, builds alignment, and leads initiatives with positivity and clarity.Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to change, and balancing user needs with business and technical constraints.Growth mindset with a collaborative spirit, capable of independently leading work while welcoming diverse perspectives.Benefits
