This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Learning Specialist located in Noida. Mandatory Activities / Skills / Experience

• Willingness to spend long days in remote areas for remote education project deployment, experience of a minimum 5 years
• Expert in Curriculum and Content Development managing learning management systems, developing and implementing training programs, designing instructional materials, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Creating and delivering lessons using e-learning tools and applications for ECCE / Schools / IT / Computer Science
• Successful Execution / Administration of training programs and field projects in e-learning domain with end-to-end responsibility for delivery and stakeholder management Computer Science
• Day-to-day tasks include both office based and field work, creating and updating training / curricular content, conducting training sessions, managing field programs and evaluating program effectiveness Qualifications

Skills in Learning Management, Training & Development, and Instructional Design Proficiency with Learning Management Systems Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience in educational technology and e-learning content development Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field; Master’s degree preferred Ability to work on-site in Noida and in deep remote areas and adapt to a dynamic work environment Prior experience in teacher training and remote classroom operations is a plus
