1. System Design and Implementation :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management system that aligns with MSAF strategic goals.
- Create and maintain performance appraisal processes, tools, and forms.
2. Organization Development, Training and Communication :
Develop & coordinate leadership development programsEnsure learning impact across organization through Kirkpatrick modelProvide training to employees and managers on the performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.Develop communication strategies to ensure employees are informed about the system's expectations and benefits.Leverage LMS and digital platforms for learning journey trackingAwareness & experience of succession planning, internal mobility, Hi-pot development, assessment tools & methods3. Goal Setting :
Collaborate with department heads and employees to set clear and measurable performance goals.Ensure alignment of individual goals with the company's objectives.4. Performance Evaluation :
Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring regular and constructive feedback is provided to employees.Monitor the completion and quality of performance reviews.Identify areas of improvement and provide guidance for managers on addressing performance issues.Develop and implement the annual L&D strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce capability needs.Identify skill gaps and training needs across functions and hierarchical levels using TNI / TNA (Training Need Identification / Analysis) methods.Collaborate with HODs to design functional and technical training roadmaps.5. Data Analysis and Reporting :
Collect, analyze, and report performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Present performance management reports to senior management and department heads.6. Continuous Improvement :
Continuously review and update the performance management system to adapt to changing business needs and industry best practices.7. Compliance :
Ensure the performance management system complies with legal and regulatory requirements.Maintain confidentiality and data security for all performance-related information.8. Employee Development :
